I have hired this SEO company in good faith asking them to assist with search engine optimization work. I have made my first payment and was waiting for their input. We selected some search words and I gave them access to the website to do on page optimization. I have asked and they agreed that further payments will be done based on progress and with my approval.
The company proceeded to debit my account for the second payment and i immediately asked them to stop and return the funds. The company stalled and promised that they are a reputable company and they will do the work. Skylite Web seo company has broken their word, did not return the funds and did not do any work to deserve the payments.
Quite contrary, when I asked for return of the unauthorized payment and stated that I will give them a bad review they threatened my reputation and my website with retribution and negative publicity. Lesson learned - I will not hire another Skylite Web firm nor do I recommend that any other person or company trusts their services.
They are a sham company not standing by their word and just want to get their hands on your money. I stand by what i have written and can present anyone wanting to hire Skylite Web with proof based on emails, proof of payment and lack of work on their part as evidenced by google webmaster tools.
I will not be intimidated and i hope that anyone wanting to hire this firm, will think twice.

Dispute update

Skylite has approached us to settle the dispute and refund the funds.
To date, Skylite has refunded 200.00 dollars of the 700.00 dollars they have collected - leaving an outstanding balance of 500.00.
We hope to reach an agreement for a refund on the remaining funds and will update this record when able to confirm same. Thank you

You continue to distort and misdirect about the transaction.
I have hired your company to do SEO work and build backlinks and all you have done is select some keywords and asked me to change some wording on my website. Correspondence with your company was via email and I have everything documented. There was an upfront payment of 350.00 and when I noticed that you did not produce quality work or did not intend to carry out the work I have requested, I have asked you to stop. You proceeded to charge my account for 350.00 more (2nd payment) because i was not aware on what to do about stopping payment. So you charged me 700.00 and I have stated to you numerous times that I expect a complete refund. You have proceeded to refund me 100.00 of which copies and proof are available and now you claimed that the a refund was made.
In addition, you threatened to destroy my online reputation if i posted any negative comments about our transaction and qualified your response with the fact that you possesed the knowledge to do it being an SEO company.
There was no resolution on Skylite SEO to resolve this dispute or to return aproximately 600.00 owed to our company/myself.

This client was in automated payment and his card has charged. We don't have any role in it, but client has complaint against us.
We have worked for this client and deliver the results. Just ask you one thing to all, tell me why I will refund money.
Still as I am a human and for my company reputation, I have refunded money but still client didn't delete the complaint.
We always respect our clients so i will not say that I have any bad client. Client has fight for money and I have fight for right.
