Skyway USA LLC Skyway USA Internet I was ripped off! Louisville , Kentucky

A few months ago, I called Skyway to see what they offered, as I had moved to a rural location. I was told that they would send me everything I needed and I would have to install myself or pay to install.

I was told there was a $99.95 fee, but this would go toward my future bills. I agreed and purchased their service, and received a huge box about a week later.

Now, I'm a handy guy and wasn't against installing it myself, although it probably wouldn't be much fun. I was going no further, though, when I noticed, printedon the box, "No refund if seal is broken." ????

I called and told them I was cancelling and returning the equipment. I asked if they could send me a prepaid box, but they said that was not their policy and they would reimburse me later.

After paying $60.00 to return the equipment, I was told that I couldn't get a refund for the $99.95 because I cancelled or receive a reimbursement for the $60.00. I will never have anything to do with this company again,and you should not either!
