We ordered a system from Skywayusa the salesman assured us it would work in our area. We installed the system but couldn't get a signal. They told us for another $150 that someone could install it for us. They haven't called us back once to keep us informed of what is going on. When we finally called them they said that they had no one in this area that could come out and fix it. If they had told us that in the first place we wouldn't have ordered it, but the salesperson assured us they could install it. After almost a month of trying to get them to do something we finally gave up and asked for a full refund and that we would send the equipment back. Now they say since we opened the box that they can only give a partial refund. So they want to keep $200 of the $283 that we already paid for something that never has worked. I don't think anyone out there would pay for something that doesn't work and would want theie money back. Their customter service is lousy and their people apparently only know how to answer phones, not the dail them to let customers know what is going on. If you have had an experience with them please let me know. Thank you!
