I have contacted them via e-mail 3 times with no response. And this is the second attempt on the order. I had to cancel my credit card the first time, and like a fool I gave them a second chance and re-ordered with the same results. No product, no communications, and they have my credit card payment. Class action lawsuit in the works. Join me if you have been victimized by this false, fraudlent company if it really exists. And to think Walmart sells similar items, Not skywire at half the price. Could have drove to pick it up month's ago. Do Not quote me on the Alpha designation of the parent company, but when you call there is no answer of Welcome to Skywire, they state the Alpha name and send you off to email Skywire.
