Slay Accessories Ordered and never received for 3 months. Offered me a refund and refused to explain why I couldn't have my CUSTOM order fulfilled. Boydton Virginia

January 17, 2018--asked for an update, no response

January 23, 2018--followed up again for an update

January 24, 2018--told I could be refunded, I said I didn't want a refund.  I just wanted the custom order and would be willing to wait, no response

February 1, 2018, followed up again

February 2, 2018, told a refund would be processed, and I reiterated I wanted the order not a refund and an explanation as to why (item is still up for sale on their site)

February 25, 2018, basically had enough of being screwed around and requested the full refund.

This was purchased during a Black Friday sale and looks like they didn't want to process the order because of that.  I can only make assumptions because no one has ever provided any type of response.  There is no address and no phone number.  I could only look up any location through their terms and conditions which is still very vague.

Untrustworthy.
