I purchased a lifetime laser hair removal and some chemical peel packages from Sleek Medspa and they closed without warning. I have in the past years of being a customer, have received some of the worst service I had ever experienced from that company so I would not put it past them, but having bought a package I didn't have a choice but to keep on being their client. I am now left with having spent lots of money, no satisfaction and half results on my targeted areas (for laser). It is quite frustrating.

I also have the same complaints - and actually filed a report with the MA Attorney Generals Office...If enough of us file a report then hopefully the state of MA can pursue investigating these crooks! Please file a report; I am working with Sarah Margolis in that office to pursue my complaint. You can file online and it's quick...

Sleek Med Spa I went back for a followup appt with Sleek medspa and they were closed. I had invested over 1000. I cant get over that this company all over the nation just closed with no notice. From what is appears, were offering great package deals just to intentionally entice people to sign up and give them money as they closed down quickly after I singed up with a great package deal. Laser Cosmedica Sleek Medspa I prepaid for a package with Sleek Medspa $2000.00, they were acquired by Laser Cosmedica when I made an appointment with them the would only see me if I paid another $482.50 half of my remaining balance. I did pay it at the West Roxbury address. They did a skin peel I felt absolutely nothing, my nest appt. was in 2 weeks and when i showed they were gone. No phone call, nothing!! I have tried repeatedly to reach someone, no calls have been returned. This was such a rip off there must be some way for their clients to get reimbersed. West Roxbury Massachusetts
