Sleek Spa called me after a NY Post sweepstakes to win a $400 gift certificte. I believe that that called everyone who entered and told every entrant "that they won the sweepstakes"! At the time, I just innocently thought I won and went in for my consult. At that point, they did a hard sell and basically told me the gift certificate alone would not purchase anything but surgical procedures and therefore if I wanted a non-invasive out patient treatment - I would have to pay additional money. I paid over $500, then a few months later I broke my ankle and had some health issues and couldn't redeem. Then when I went to redeem - they were out of business.
I would like to go after them and get my money back. Is anyone doing a class action? If so, can you contact me so I can be part of it?
