Sleep experts of sherman texas Trickery and Deception at this place , there selling used beds to people as new and wont give refunds sherman Texas

My dad and I went to sleep experts in sherman texas to buy 2 new mattress only , no box springs. We told the guy there that we were on a limited budget and to show us what they had. He showed us a couple beds and we agreed we liked them , he looked them up on his computer and said he could have them delivered in 2 days which they were. I paid by credit card.We got the beds and slept on them for about a week when the pillow top began seperating and started to bubble up and was not very comfortable to sleep on . We then pulled the sheets off and began examaning the matteress to see if we could see what was going on.Low and behold these mattress were not NEW they were used , in fact very USED.There was a small sticker underneath the label that said the bed had been treated with some sort of biological chemical to kill bed bugs and that sort of stuff , I couldnt believe it how disgusting , thats just sick. So I called my credit card company and they gave me temporary credit back until there investigation was done .We'll about 8 weeks later my credit card company sent me a letter saying there investigation was complete and I had to pay for the mattress because in fine print they were sold as is and thats it.So I called sleep experts back and the guy says , we'll we have a 1 year I love my mattress guarantee so come on back in and I'll get you another one.So I did went back and I had to pay more money for another mattress to the tune of $55 and they assured me that this was a new mattress.So i get the new mattress and within about 2 weeks same thing the pillow top bubbled upbuttons popped off and just a wreck.So I go back in again and the guys isnt there but his coworker was. I said the new bed is coming apart like the last one  what can you do. She says we'll you'll either have to pay another $250 to get this next bed or get the same one again , which I thought was BS , anyhow I ended up with the same bed again , my dad got another which he didnt have to pay anything for and they claim they told us they were used beds , Come On who in the hell is knowingly going to go out and spend $1000 on used beds treated with some kind of bio-chemical. The kicker to the whole thing is they sell people on used beds , and the I love your mattress guarantee is Bullshit because its only good for a 1 time exchange.This place is a ripoff and they know it.Not to mention as of this writing my 3rd bed now after about a week is doing the same thing again falling apart , these beds although new have to be 2nds or 3rds because there just junk .
