Employees are RARELY every payed for the overtime they work. Overtime hours are taken over to the next week,which is illegal! There are people in higher positions that treat co-workers as if they are dirt. They are very unprofessional always standing around gossiping about co-workers. There are always scheduling problems, in fact some people don't even get a schedule! They have to call in everyday.
If anyone complains about anything to the manager pretty much nothing is done about it. If anything is done it only lasts for a very short time. They can't keep anyone there that is worth staying, because nobody wants to put up with their bad business practices.
BEWARE! DO NOT APPLY AT THAT HOTEL!!!
