I've been dealing with Sleepys and a third party company called Mattress Marshall that are the people who inspect mattresses covered under warranty. I have been getting the run around for 6 weeks now trying to get a marshall to come out and inspect my failing mattress. This bed has caused me so much pain that I have gone to many doctors and now need physical therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic care & I even had two epidural procedures. One would think if you spends $3,000 on a mattress it would be the most comfortable thing known to man. This is not the case. Sleepys is a bunch of crooks and Mattress Marshall is giving me the runaround big time. I have the Marshalls phone direct phone number and he simply ignores my texts and simply refuses to come here and check out my bed. I felt absolutely helpless. So now I'm about to take this mattress strap it to a pickup truck and go park outside of the facility where I bought it at Sleepys and pass out literature explaining to potential customers not to do business with them. They want to play f****, f**** with me, they're going to lose!

Since when does YOUR military service from so very long ago have ANY bearing on the situation?? It doesnt matter WHAT you did over 50 years ago, they did EVERY THING they are allowed to do. YOU CHOSE the mattresses. YOU chose them based on your budget and what YOU were comfortable with. Just because you are not getting your way doesnt make them bad. It just means that THEY cant do what YOU want. Are you so old that you have forgotten to READ??? Perhaps it would be better for YOU to stop expecting others to give a d**n about what YOU did in your youth and expecting that its going to get YOU your way. Lets flip it a bit. HOW can someone who has lived as long as YOU have continue to act childish and immature when YOU dont get your way?
