"Dr." Phil and his wife Jean are ripoff artists. I paid $900 and halfway through with zero results, decided to quite waisting my time. The place is shoddy and unsanitary. They don't wipe down and sanitize the pads, so basically all those flaked of skin cells from fat sweaty people are getting all over your body. I called the manufacturers and they told me the pad had to be wiped down after each client, which they are not, as each time Jean removed them from me, she replaced them back on the machine without doing so. When I opted out, instead of giving me half my money back, Phil figured out single session prices with ad ons (I didn't use) and only refunded a small portion of what was owed.

We would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience and are sorry to hear that you are less than satisfied. We pride ourselves on the results we help our clients realize and the high-quality standards we maintain. I would like to take this chance to comment on your points . . . 

1. Re: Fat man who calls himself “Dr.” Phil . . . Phil is indeed a Doctor of Chiropractic. His highest weight was 470 lbs. At the time you saw him, he weighed about 270 lbs. You’ll be happy to hear that he is now 235 lbs.

2. Re: I paid $900 and halfway through with zero results . . . You prepaid for 12 sessions in order to take advantage of a discounted rate. Not only are prepaid packages non-refundable, but sessions that are not cancelled in advance are charged to your account. We tried several times to reach you by phone and text but got no response. Results vary with the level of compliance to dietary and exercise recommendations. I’m so sorry to hear you had no results.

3. Re: The place is shoddy and unsanitary. They don't wipe down and sanitize the pads . . . All pads are disinfected and sanitized with a solution that kills 99.9% of bacteria in 15 seconds and the cold & flu virus after each client, sheets are changed, washed, and bleached after each use. The blanket that was purchased because you felt cold, was used solely for you. 

4. Re: he figured out single session prices with ad ons (I didn't use) and only refunded a small portion of what was owed . . . Even though discounted sessions were not refundable, we did our best to fill uncancelled sessions so that you would not be charged. Maybe we could have done better had you contacted us.

5. Re: the only positive review is the guy who is their personal fitness instructor . . . We don’t have a personal fitness instructor.
