I feel really dumb about falling for a diet pill scam from Facebook. You think I would know better. Slim Natural Co. is a rip-off -- they say you only pay shipping & handling but soon your bank account will show charges of $69.99 and $79..99. When I first called Customer Support the person told me that "the server was down" and to call back in 2 hours. I said no.

It took me awhile to get through to a Customer Support person, so patience is definitely a virtue. Be prepared to be on hold for 10-15 minutes. When I finally got through to someone, she gave me the pre-fab spiel about cancellation policy etc etc. I said I wanted a full refund. She said no. I said I would be contacting the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office about their deceptive marketing practices.

Then she offered me a 25% refund. I said no. I told her that I had retained an attorney (my daughter, but they don't know that) :) and would like the mailing address for SlimNatural so that a Notice of Filing Suit could be served on them. I was put on hold again. This time she offered me a 50% refund. I said no. I said if my refund wasn't 100% I was reporting the company to the Federal Trade Commission. She put me on hold again. This time she came back and said that a 100% refund had been "approved" and Slim Natural would reverse the charges on my bank account.

It took 3 business days but the charges were reversed. $150.00 is a lot of money for me and I will never ever ever order anything like Slim Natural on the web. Be advised - they are scam artists through and through. The 3 key phrases to use are: (your state) Attorney General's Office -- I've retained an attorney --- the Federal Trade Commission.
