I bought a product from GNS and i could not use it for health reasons. I contacted GNS and they told me to send the product back for an in-store credit.
I sent the product back as a "Return to Sender" as the package was not opened. In the process of sending it back I went to the Postal Service and the clerk looked at the package and it seemed alright to him and he sent it along.
The package was returned by mail to the company offices.
I called GNS to see if they had received the package and they said that the package was indeed there, but they would not give me credit for it because i did not pay postage to return the package. The package was not supposed to be delivered by the Postal Service as it was not paid for. Therefore, they would not give my credit for returned merchandise.
I asked them why they didn't tell me, when I had them on the phone the prior week, that the package must be paid for to return it. The Supervisor said, "We do not FEEL that we have to reiterate that postage must be paid as it is written on the package."
I then said that the Postal Service made the error in returning the package that did not have postage attached, that they should give me credit as they have the package.
GNS replied that since I had not paid postage they would not give me my credit and that they would return the package to me.
At which my reply was that it is useless to send it to me as I cannot use the product.
So finally, they have the merchandise in their office the package not being opened and they will not give me credit. Not that I want their credit at this point. I do not want to do business with them at all.
The only thing that would satisfy me at this point is a refund of my money. I live on a limited income and i clearly do not want to do business with a company that has no integrity.

Indeed, I was referred to the supervisor of the supervisor to resolve my issue. Molly was very helpful and I was given products to replace the products that I had returned. Although I did not receive a refund (which is what I wanted), I took products that seemed to be of satisfactory replacement.
As one was a vitamin I am sure this is going to be ok. The other replacement is a product that I have never used and Molly assured me that it would be a good product considering my Thyroid problem. (I hope that will be the case.) So GNS will resolve the problem if you can get past the minor management.

Global Nutrition does everyhting to make sure their customers stay happy and want to do business with us.
After the issue was brought to a managers attention, this customer was contacted and offered a full replacement product for the products she purchased.
Even though it is against our policy to take returns sent to us with out postage we did gave her another product that suited her health issue and she was very happy with the results.
