slimcleanerplus fradulant bill to bank/visa card for computer cleaner website I could not get off computer! Washington

Slim Cleaner Plus appeared on my computer automatically, causing all kinds of problems with my other programs and mocrosoft essentials...it would run a scan and then say it was $39.99 to purchased. I never purchased and finally got if off of my computer by going into C: Program filfes and deleting. It took more than one time to get rid of it. I just noticed it appears on my bank statement from January, 2015 as a $49.99 debit, never authorized. I never put my bank/credit card in to purchase this. I already have Norton Antivirus, which was installed with purchase of my computer, serveral years ago.I contaqcted the customer service phone number on my statement (855-432-0727) on 04/20/2015 and they said they did not issue refunds, and that someone had purchased it. I did not give them my card 3, but my card has been used online for another company, Deluth Technologies, which was fraudulant and I had removed from my banking estbalishment. This is infuriating. Now I have to go to my bank (I am in a wheelchair) with my PA to have this removed. they were rude and telling me something I did not do. Please help.
