Slimdown Unauthorized credit card charge unknown (overseas) overseas Nationwide

 Debt card was charged $49.95 plus .40 international accesss charge to take money from our account for a product my wife and I never heard of or authorized purchase.  Had to cancel our Visa card and order a new one which will take 4-6 weeks.  Called the 888 978 6806 number.  I could hear dozens of other conversations in the same room while on the phone with a girl who spoke poor english.  She verified my address and the amount and claimed that nothing can be done because we ordered this product.  When I started demanding to speak to a manager she hung up.  We have never used this card in a ATM machine or to purchase online products.  Have no idea how they obtained this card number.  I will not give up and contunue pursuing getting our money back.
