SLIMINEX SCAM!!!....FALSELY USED DR. OZ VIDEO TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT !!!!! LARGO, Florida

I TOO got SCAMMED by this company!! THIS COMPANY FALSLEY USED DR. OZ's VIDEO TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT!!  I thought I was purchasing the product that Dr. Oz talked about on one of his shows.  After watching the video, I clicked on the "BUY" button and purchased the product I believed to be the one that was featured on his show .  It wasn't until after I ordered it...two days later...I had more time to search the internet for reviews on the product I ordered.  Low and behold I found that the product I ordered IS NOT the one that was featured in Dr. Oz's show...AND I found that there were other complaints filed by consumers for the same reasons.  I was FURIOUS and quickly called the company back and informed them that I was pissed that they falsley used Dr. Oz's video to sell their product as if it were the one that Dr. Oz was talking about!! I informed them that I was not going to keep the product and that I wanted to return it immediately as soon as it is received and I expect a full refund of my $94.00!! They told me to just write refused and return to sender on the box and they will credit me when it is returned.  I did exactly that...refused and returned to sender on 9/4/12......Mind you....it only took 5 days to get to my house from FL. I called on 9/17 wondering where my credit was and  they told me that returns/credits take 10-15 business days and told me I should call back on 9/24.  I called them  today (9/25) and STILL they claim they did not get the return!!!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!  It does not take 3 weeks from Calif to Florida!!!  The guy told me that they cannot credit me back until the return is received......This is all B.S.!!!!  .....Ultimately, the guy hung up on me!!!
