Sling is a rip off. I got the basic package and later it sold me on moving up to to an upgrade. A few months later I went to cancel service and they said they could not find my account but noted the cancellation. A week later they charged my card again. I called and requested a refund but they claim they could not find my account. So I pasted a copy of my subscription confirmation and then I pasted a copy of my cancellation to them and a copy of their response. When I asked for my money back, they said no and that it was up to me to get the account cancelled and since I didn't, they were keeping my money .
