Slingshot Communications of Tempe, AZ hired myself a Graphic and Website designer to work on their website.
After working with numerous people at the company and third party outsource I invoiced for a small portion of my time put into their project.
On trying to collect payment for the work complete over 120 days later I received very abusive, defamatory emails from David Vindici. When trying to call to discuss the matter like professional business people, David was unable to hold a calm and collected conversation with myself and continued to verbally abuse me. I myself only wanted to state that I needed to be paid for the work he had initiated but he refused to listen to what I had to say.
I found his approach very unprofessional and his actions proof that he is fighting a losing battle, so as a warning to other designers, web or graphic BEWARE, you won't get paid.
I look forward to taking all my written evidence with regard to the work complete and abusive emails to court.

Well David Vindici, it's only taken you over 3 years to respond! All I can say is did you google?
You have obviously left other people high and dry!
Please note the many dissatisfied consumers of your product and I'm so glad I was not affiliated with it.

10K, hum, pull that from somewhere!!!! I think my invoice was for a LOT less than that, was it worth it, but being as it was from SO long ago I have let it pass and moved on, maybe you should do the same and not try and disrespect/blatantly steal money/time from hardworking people!
What goes around comes around, maybe you should try some of the medications you suggested I try!

download of template, learning as requested their system for updating website etc. 1hrs 45mins $131.25". You took the easy way out as it would seem you do with most!

Does $131.25 equate to losing over 10K, I think not, maybe you should be directing this elsewhere!

Web Designer was fired! She failed to meet design timeline and requirements resulting in having to start over with a new web designer. She cost the company more than $10k. Never used any of her work. Hopefully your business will not encounter this crazy woman!
