slomin's oil I have a service contract with them and a 29.00 part was not on the contract and they charged me 248.98 the person was here for 30 minutes this is a big ripoff hicksville New York

         I have a paid oil burner service with slomin's, I called when I had a water leak, a burner service came to the house, changed a 29.00 part that was not on the list of parts to change and charged me 248.98   its called an extol tank and is changed every 24 months.

         Its a common part to change and most oil burner services do not charge for it.

          with a burner service contract in place with slomin's I would think they would charge me for the part and not the service again...please let me know if more information is needed, I will get it to you
