SMA COMM MArketing Liers Ft Lauderdale Florida

I moved from one location to another i called SMA COMM for marketing services they set a date to start Marketing services that they did not comply with .i called them back Anthony Pasquale called back 3 weeks later with other Marketing internet ideas that was suppose to work but did not work for the next 3 months i paid for Marketing on the internet that did nothing but swindle me. The owner refused to give my company a refund

i called them over and over i demanded a refund they said they do not refund frothier Marketing not working they have a company outside the US that follows all the clicks and COADS, They denied all calls after this and Ruth Rubin refused all calls.
