SMALL ENGINE WAREHOUSE SOLD US THE WRONG ENGINE AND REFUSED TO TAKE BACK MUNCIE Indiana

We ordered an engine from Small Engine Warehouse ,serviced it, bolted it down and it would not start. After about 30 minutes of pulling the rope on the engine it finally started, but I continued to have the same difficulty trying to re-start it. It runs and dies, runs and dies. I then noticed that the crankshaft was advertised as 2 7/16" long, but was actually 1 5/8" long. It was the wrong engine that we received but did not realize it until after we had tried to start it. They told us that they would not take it back because we had put gas and oil it, we said we would remove the oil and fuel, but they still refused. I told them that it was the wrong engine to begin with and they are advertising the wrong specs of the engine. I am now out $200.00 for an engine I cannot use. Please do buy from this company, they will not stand behind their products
