Smallest Poodles 4U - Dougia's Cajun Kennel Tony Dougia Dougia's Cajun Kennel False Advertising Denham Springs Louisiana

I bought a puppy from Tony Dougia owner of Smallestpoodles4U breeder. I asked for a red, male tiny teacup, Tony said he had a chocolate, male tiny teacup. I said ok, is the puppy registered, does it habve papers, what will the the adult size be? I paid bim 1500.00 via PayPal, 250.oo deposit and 1250.00 when I picked up the teacup. The papers from Tony;s vet said the puppy adult weight would be 10 lbs, once I got home. I texted Tony  and asked if the paperwork from his vet was correct. He said, no, the vet pepole always get the sizes wrong, they (the vet) do not understand the sizing of these little teacups.

Well 5 months later and the alleged teacup was 7 lbs and growing. I contactec Tony, and wanted a refund, he would not speak on returning my money but did say he had a smaller teacup, I said ok I will taks a look at the latetest small teacup. He had excuse afetr excuse as to why he coule not meet me halway between Texas and Louisiana. So, I made the journey to his home in Denham Springs, LA the other side f Bton Rouge. Tony, saw the retuning dog and immediately said that is is minirure poodle, an apolizuzed and said he would give me 100.00 thru Paypal for my time and gas when he sent me the AKC registration papers by the end of Feb 2016.

Needless to say, since I never received registration papers fro the first dog, I was a bit skeptibal about receiving paperwork. Well the AKC form did arrive but no money in my account. The new puppy is apricot and as of today 4 months later the puppy is 6 lbs and 8 inches long. I repeately asked Tony before exchanging the dog what will be the approx adult weight and height of the apricot dog, he has yet to answer and didi not supply any vet papers with this dog. He is a fraud, full of lies, did not see the parents of either dog. what a ripoff.
