I can completely belive this article is true. Avoid this disreputrable organisation and any of their associates at all costs. I too had the misfortune to become involved with Smart Adv through another company.  They do not know what they are doing and will lie to cover this up.  When challenged they cannot provide verified data and will simply provide fraudulent information.  If you want to challenge this Smart Adv I have the proof, you just need to respond to me, which obvioulsy you are avoiding believing you can hide away from the truth.  I have repeatedly tried to get in contact with the company and all they do is provide more fraudulent information and lies to try to hide further.  Again I challenge Smart Adv to contact me if you can prove that the 3rd biggest credit reference agency in the world (yes that is who I have proof of your lies from) isn't telling the truth.

Your emails don't comply with the law and are illegal, again I have proof, please contact me if you want to challenge me or set your attornies onto me.  I'm not scared by your veiled threats as you haven't even got the guts to contact me back about this.

 Scott, I'll reach out next week. There are a number of folks this slimeball has taken advantage of. I have already filed criminal charges, perhaps we can contact a number of the other folks and out together a class action.

 I'm very sorry for your experience using Smartadv. We strive to make everyone's experience enjoyable. We pride ourselves on great service, payouts an payment terms. There has been many many times that I myself have given goodwill credits for conversions they feel they should have had. Especially if I feel an advertiser is scrubbing too hard (they always say they don't but we all know better). We do have exclusive offers. We do have brokered offers. We also have offers where we are the advertiser. Yes we do have new account managers but they go through an extensive training program and I have managers with over ten years experience each to answer any questions. As for payment terms, better terms is not reliant on the exclusivity of an offer. Better terms can be obtained based on volume and quality post the first pay cycle. I've been burnt too many times paying weekly and then finding big chargebacks and have to chase money. If you are a reputable publisher with great credit references I will offer better terms right off the bat As for Roy his only source is linked in. So simply delete him as a connection or even respond to his email asking to never email you again. Thank you Scott

I've been a victim of SmartAdv!

Promoted one of their brokered offers, and got no conversions.

I pointed it out to William. William is so green behind the ears - he knows nothing about cpa marketing.

Up until today I'm still receiving unsolicited emails from Smart Adv, and that even know I never opted in to their list. I told them to remove me from their list. There is no unsubscribe button at the end of the email. I'll have this case reported now.

I've appeneded a screenshot that proves that there is no unsubscribe link, which is clearly against email marketing laws.

 I am the owner of Smart ADV. No business has ever conducted. What you see is a made up story above. William Waggoner has tried several times to open an account at Smart ADV. using different names. Each time his account has been turned down. The other day he and his partner Ron Jones tried again to open an account under Austin Michael Media. Again once finding out it was bill we closed the account before conducting business. Thus caused this tirade of nonsense. Michael Walton was never a broker Bill. You never paid us any money to do anything. Truth is you took us for $250 in January of 2014 promising to do a cpm test.
