smart apartment data smartlocating DO NOT PAY EMPLOYEES FOR WORK Internet

First, I have to address that I have been trying to post a Honest review about Smartlocating/SmartapartmenData for a while on GlassDoor. They are not allowing True post about the company to be posted. Sadly, Alexa is responsible for posting False reviews.

Alexa is a idiot who knows nothing and blames everyone for everything. This company is the most stressful waste of time that you want to avoid. You will not find honest true reviews on GlassDoor.

The pay is not hourly because you are not paid for thing like "no answers" and "callbacks" that don't add to your pay but are a overwhelming existance!

This company has absolutely no Integrity in the way its operated and the way the treat and pay people. I'm glad I only stayed 6 months it was all I could afford to take. They harrass you about working and when you actually do work you waste time on people who hang up on you constantly.

They are always hiring because no stays. Training was no thorough and it was deceiving because they told us that we are calling our customers. These are not our customers at all.You will spend some time explaining who Smartlocating is and then after that no update and no pay. Total waste of time!

Places like Sykes, Convergys, and TeleTech are real work from home jobs but these guys are getting away with a Scam! This is a honest review from a real ex-employee from 2015 Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Went to Glass Door because I know there were some reviews over there bad and good.  Come to find out all of the bad ones were removed!  Supposedly they dont remove them if the employer complains but I guess they do!!  Looks like youre right and they are going around trying to hide all the bad (REAL) reviews!  

Don't believe all the stuff you read about how you can stop to change your babys diaper or go to see the doctor if you need to.  Pretty much ANY work from home job gives you this type of freedom!!  Nowadays there are a lot of companies that let people work from home, Smart Apt is not as unique as they believe they are.

I second this review - You dont want to waste time working for this place.  Low pay, arguing to get your check and crummy management top the list. Company is a joke - get a REAL job

Believe what you have read so far!  If you would like to make below minimum wage and be constantly scrutinized on your time, go for it.  Let me warn you that your time will not add up and even if you try to prove your time, they will not pay you.  This is a very small company owned by one person and run by another.  The owner has no clue about what goes on day to day and the person running it, well she does much of nothing.  Training is a joke, they will barely show you what to do and then throw you into it, sink or swim.  Don't believe any stories about getting bonuses for anything. They claim to have contests for certain goals and you can win a gift card but you will never get the gift card.  That person, the one who runs the company, she is supposed to get them but never sends them out.  I'm sure the owner thinks he is paying for them and she is sending them out, but not so!

Oh and if you ever do come across a "good" review on the company you can bet that it was written by the one who runs the place.  When she finds these real reviews online she tries to minimize them by writing a wonderful review and will even ask ex-employees if they will write some good ones for them.

If you still won't heed my words of caution, just check out their record.  There is an EXTREMELY high turn-over rate!  If nothing else, that says everything!!

This company is a scam I worked here long enough to figure out that they do not pay hourly as they Stated. There is  no reliable management!

Kristina Serrato is a fat and sloppy Pig! She is was suppose to train us for a new department and instead we found her on facebook posting pictures of herself at the vet! She never calls back or slack.

She is incapabale of managing this company I don't know why Leo is out of touch. Kristina is robbing him blind. She never works .  When Kristina interviewed me she was ordering food at the same time.

The training was incomplete and it was down hill from there. no guidance! They will not pay you when your time does not add up. No one can explain to us how we are exactly paid.

I wish the FBI could catch these robbers for being a scam.  My time nevr added up and they just ignored me.

Hey Leo, Kristina is never at work. You are paying her to do nothing!!!!! Don't waste your time like I did get a real internet job because this place will not pay you all your hours!

The people that run this company are liars and a down right ripoff! They claim to pay hourly , but its not hourly at all. Please avoid this company its a border line scam.  This is not an hourly paying job . You have to jump through many hoops and try to make a dollar out of 15 cents.This company is just another Market Survey job. You will constantly be hung up on. Nothing adds up the hours never add up correctly and you will not be paid for the hours that you work!

Smartlocating is a  poorly ran company. It is hard to get paid for your work. The supervisors Kristina Serrato are very unprofessional and make and excuse for everything and never follows up on phone calls. They also speak to you as if you're a loser that can't find a better job.The listings that you call daily hate Smartlocating! They hang up on you daily.  Do yourself a favor, if you don't want to work a stressful job where there is no accountability from the managing staff and cold calling their listings who do not want to talk to "smartlocating." Smartlocating is not and hourly paid job like they advertise and on top of that again you are to collect impossible information from listings that you call and they do not like to give out confidential information. I too question the legitamacy of this company and believe they sell information that they pay us to collect from these listings. The companies we call daily more than half of them never heard of smartlocating. They act as if we are working for a legit, well known, well ran operation and that is definitely not the case. You are a independent contractor here and they feel like they have the right to treat you unfairly and possibly get away with things a real job could never get away with.
