Smart auto Car lot Rip off. Liars Knoxville Tennessee

I was desperate for a car. Went to smart auto got a vehicle. The financial lady went super fast and told me my car was 3000 something got home and looked at the paperwork cause i couldn't remember how much my payments were and my total was over 29,000. I called and they never gave me an answer. I went to pay a payment and i got the run around. I didnt know what to do so i kept it for a year. Within that year my total was 11000 i went and got another car from another place and the price is actually going down instead of staying the same don't go to smart auto they will rip u off. Dont go to their fb they will block u from commenting if u say anything negative about their company
