Smart Business Contacts Never completed my order New York New York

I first contacted them in October of 2017. Paid $4000 for mailing lists. I asked for Central Utility plant Managers, Energy Managers, and Sustainability Managers for Higher Education, real estate management,  manufacturing and food processing. Areas of interest are east of the Mississippi and north of the Carolinas.  The list I received contained none of the areas that I requested. It did not contain any of the data I was promised.

When I complained, I could never get hold of Chris Johnson. When I finally got someone(Kevin) I waspromised another list. That list took months to get and it was also wrong. It was food manufacturing. I didnt want food manufacturing I wanted food processing. I wanted energy managers I got plant managers, HR people, no titles I wanted. Finally after more months and more phone calls It was agreed that they could not provide the lists that were promised. Kevin sent me a list(supoposed to be Energy managers for Higher education)with no titiles and it was for K-12. When asked for the list to be modified he said he would send it within that day.  I still have not received that list waiting for three months. He also promised me another list of Higher education Energy Managers but that has not arived either. I think this company is totally incompetent. I asked for my money back and have been ignored.
