Smart Certify ripoff Clearwater Florida

This school is not for you . They get with a commercial on TV to call this number. Once you call this this number they ask you for a credit card number and your ssn# (Wich You Should Never Give Out). I fell prey to that. Then low an behold you get a credit card statement from a credit card company for 2500 dollars. And you know you did not open. Smart Certify opens it for you. I filed a a fraud charge on it but really had no avail to it. I called Smart Certify and was given the same rederic about the the two tests failure and you get your money back. But if you go over the 90 day limit you don't get a dime.

They do make vocal recordings of the conversation to cover themselves. I feel though that when I asked to hear my original recording (which I did hear), I feel though that certain parts of the conversation was cut and spliced to put the favor back into there court. I wish there was some way we as consumers file a class action to get our monies back.
