Smart Choice Title Loan I paid my title loan off over 2 years ago and there is still a lean on my vehicle. I am unable to get plates in the state that i just moved to . I still have my car and am driving it today. When I called the company, there phone number has been disconnected. HELP!!!!!

Title loan was paid off over 2 yrs ago and I was given my title back. Unfortunately, I lost said title when I moved. I called SC DMV and was told that there was a lean on my vehicle. I then called Smart Choice and there phone number has been disconnected. What am I suppossed to do about getting plates and drivers license in the state of OH? I need help!!
