I was on time with all payments, and paid a large upfront pmt. that was to be refunded at the end of my commitment. I paid my last payment on May 1, 2006, and they keep giving me the runaround as to when I will received my refund. I am a single mother of two, and was counting on this money to help with college expenses. They do not show any remorse for not sending my refund to me.
