Smart Credit Management Group Consumers Beware ripoff Roswell Georgia

I signed up with this company in 2002 and unlike others reporting on this company they did pay the creditors as they said they would but last year my account was moved to another credit counselling company because "Smart Credit Management Group claimed they were no longer working in the state of Texas" well a year went by and I completed the debt management plan and paid off my creditors through the other company but now I am having trouble getting a hold of Smart Credit to get back the money I had to pay in advance.

I have tried contacting them by phone, fax, e-mail and certified letters. phone and fax numbers I have no longer work, no response has been received from e-mails that weren't sent and the certified letters. well they were returned!
