We are a start-up company wanted to fundraise for a product in Indiegogo.com. When contacting them, they where extremely responsive, gave me all the right answers,... It changed as soon I paid them.
We received a badly written press release and I found exactly the type of "professional" distribution they are using for $5 only... Non of the links they provided where from REAL press companies. They just get some links on meaningless pages. And that for $699.
When sending the press release to a friend/journalist, he told me it's about the worst press release he ever received. I had to sent the press release over to another company, who created a new release.
When I asked a refund, Crowdfunding LLC told me lots stories and said that Shane Liddell would personally look into it. Of course... nothing happened or changed. Not in terms of quality, service or results. And of course... no refund.
They did share my campaign on social media. BUT also worthless. They have "followers" (many of them bought which is discovered after checking their followers list, most of them share random messages and do not have profiles) but non of the followers is active on their profiles. Not only for my campaign, but no campaign they shared got something worthwhile.
People like me are just using the Indiegogo platform to raise money to launch our ideas. but Shane Liddell and Smart Crowdfunding LLC just scam people and take their money.
I have already complained about them on Indiegogo, and they are processing the complaint. But i want to expose this company all over the world, so that no one will get cheated in future.
If you have the same experience, please share it online as well. It's not going to help you (they never give your money back), but at least can help others to avoid this experience. There are good companies out there, but this one is one to avoid for sure!

Your "complaint" and the truthfulness of it is easily proven, IF you are a real customer. All you need to do is provide evidence, which is easy:
1) Give your real name
2) Provide a link to your campaign
3) Display a screen shot of the initial email you received after purchasing the package
4) Provide a link to your press release
These are all easy pieces of evidence to provide. If you cannot do so, are afraid to do so, or fail to do so, then the public will naturally agree with the original rebuttal and know FOR A FACT that you are filing a false report and lying to damage a competitor.
IF you are honest, then proof will be easy for you.
Do you really think people are so easily tricked? You must believe everyone is stupid.

I do not know them, and we ARE a customer of yours. They can be scamming people like you do as well. But that is not our problem.
Why do you keep including replies with some reviews from years ago? This doesn't help me at all. I want my money back!
I understand that you try to scam more people. But you cannot blame people for asking their money back when all you do is scam them! You took our money, wrote lengthy emails but never provided us with something real which actually helped our campaign!!!

I will keep this short and to the point.
First of all we do not and never have had a customer called Mike Wilson.
Secondly, you will notice a mention of$5 regarding a press release in this rippoff report. However, if you look at this complaint here:http://smart-crowdfunding.pissedconsumer.com/smart-crowdfunding-llc-shane-liddell-20151002709781.html you will also see the very same mention of $5. Coincidence? No, these reports are actaully retaliation by one of our competitors called Crowdprbox.com whio I exposed as who they really are - cheats.
