Smart Decision Charged $800.00 for nothing ; failed to answer calls , persona;l visits and confused my file with somebody else . No results whatsoever . We asked for our money back a rude female referred us to their attorney .When we looked their attorney on the Florida Bar Association they had a record of at least 4 reprimends against him !!!No results and will cost you more money to file suit . Smart Decision charged me and my wife $800.00 to help us repair our credit. After we paid  we never received any reports , our calls were ignored , personal visits ignored . We were told they were actually too busy to talk to us asking to call for appointments . When you call for appointment they were too busy to schedule time for us . They admitted confused our file with somebody else and then started charging on a monthly  basis for a report . In essence a disaster . Was like buying a defective used car ; first visit very polite and then "you are on your own attitude " . We were so dissapointed that decided to get our moneyback ; we were stalled and then a rude and very unproffesional female threatened us with an attorney . We looked the name of the attorney and were informed by the Florida  Bar Association this so call attorney had a record of at least 4 reprimends with the Florida Bar . Stay away from this people !!They use a local radio station to lure people to their offices .
