Smart Incentives Travel Company, Florida Nightmare Customer Service, Deception, Scam, Misleading, We attended 90min presentation on Jan 26, 2013 and at the close of the meeting we were given a packet of information to get our FREE gifts one Lake Mary, Florida

This company provided terrible customer service.  My husband and I attended a 90 minute presentation which was about a hour and half drive from our home because the company indicated there were no nearby presentations in our area. After about an hour presentation and we decided not to purchase the package, we were given information we would still receive our FREE gifts which included 2 Round trip tickets and a 3 day Marriott stay. We were told in order to proceed we would have to send in a certified money order for the hotel in the amount of $50 and $150.00 for the airline tickets. We completed this transaction on 2/5/13 with our local post office and was given tracking information to follow-up. The company was closed on the first attempt by USPS and they finally received the information on 2/11/13.
 
In the between time I have called the numbers listed on the original post card informing us of the presentation and the number on the back of the voucher since February 11 th and everytime I call there is an operator who hangs up the phone or give you an option to wait for a representative and the phone hang up right away. I have called this company during the day, night and late night. I've  called the hotel in Ohio where we orginally had our presentation and the company is still there giving these presentations.
 
I am still awaiting for my call as we were told, once we send in our money orders we will receive a call within 2 weeks and we have not received any calls to get us started on our incentives. I have read several reviews from Rip off report, BBB, along with YELP.com who has given terrible reviews regarding their experience upon receiving a call and getting there information and they had to pay for there cruise or their airfare??? REALLY??
We have not made it to that point  what will we be facing when we get a call  will we get a call?

I am putting a request to PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY!
