Paid for semi exclusive leads on June 4, 2012 was told 3-10 business days. After this time passed I was continually told by Josh Conklin my leads would soon arrive to no avail. I've been strung along now for a month and demand a refund from the silly games this company likes to play. He tries to make you believe he is a large company with employees when he is a single guy who just moved to Ft Myers, FL with his mother Linda Conklin. He is now having his new customers deposit payment into his mother's Chase bank account since he is likely unable to use his name anymore. I have demanded a refund and was told since the account is still active he see's no reason for a refund. He does not answer repeated calls and occasionally responds to emails. He even goes as far as pretending to be Amy Alvarez as if she is an employee of his. He has made every excuse in the book to avoid actually sending the purchased product. I would NOT recommend Smart Leadz to ANYONE.

Smart Leadz and Joshua Conklin, its affiliates and partners have been the vicitim of false internet attacked by annonymoush individuals on the website www.ripoffreport.com. These attacks assail tour clients personal and business reputaion and place the companies business practice into question. In our expereince the websites ripoffreport maintains a practive of not removing annoynmouns posting from its wesbitses - even it receives information that ithe annonymous posting is false. Becaseue third party pubishers, such as the websites www.reipoffreport.com - are protected by the Communicatinos Decency Act, the only way to have these false and fefamoatory posting reomoved and shielded from public view is to obtaion court order findingv tht atht posting are false. Once obatioant the cour tordre is ssumited to seach engines who then remove the link from their responctive search idices.
As a result we have filed a law suit in the District Court to obtaion a court order for Smart LEadz, Joshua cconklin to to have the FALSE information rmeoved and preotect our clients reputatsions.
