Smart Lidz RIP OFF Internet

This company is a complete rip off. The shipping is what gets you. But on top of that, I found this item at Bed Bath & Beyond so I purchased a couple. They worked great, so I went to order them to get the Jumbo lids via phone. The next morning, I went to the fridge, and I noticed all the lids were no longer sealed on the bowls. I decided to cancel my order, and since I just placed it on Saturday, and nothing would be shipping out, I knew I'd be safe. NOT SO!.

I called first thing this morning at 7 a.m. Someone answered. She was very nice and said to call back later today because the order wasn't showing in the system, and I'd need to call back when it showed up. I called, and got the same message..."I'm sorry. All customer reps are busy. Please hang up and try again" or something like that. It's been going on all day. I'm getting two sets of lids, and I'm going to be stuck with them.

This company is a rip off, and I can't believe I didn't come here first. This is always the first place I go to when I'm contemplating buying something from the internet or an infomercial!

What a huge disappointment!
