smart move transportation,llc. go smart move Deceptive and just plain wrong!!! The company's website proclaims "anywhere in the USA in one week" NOT. I had the storage vaults delivered to my home they pick them up and took them to storage. greenwood village, Colorado

Decided to move to new location-by the ocean. Called smart move transportation,they sent vaults,I loaded them and they picked them up. After 18 months I found where I wanted to move to and called them to deliver my vaults after giving them the zipcode I was told they did not service that area. Their website states " anywhere in the USA in a week". I asked what am I suppose to do? They said they could have a moving van unload my pods and bring my stuff down that way. That was going to cost me $2200! They could not even give me an exact date they could deliver. 

I never could get them to come up with any other solution. Oh they could deliver my vaults through another trucking company that would cost $3300. 

I found out while talking with them that they had been bought by Atlas Van lines. They had actually moved my vaults from one place to another.

Very dissatisfied. I finally had to rent a truck,pay to have the vaults unloaded and my stuff loaded into my truck, then pay to have it unloaded on this end. Of course that cost alot less!
