Smart Payment Plan There are no records that exist on this company Chicago Illinois

When I bought my car I was told that this company would make biweekly payments for me and that I would save on interest. The money would be taken out of my bank account biweekly. They charge a fee of $399 and $1.95 per transaction.

I called the bank that has my car loan and was told that the payments are being made monthly, not bi-weekly. They told me that I would've been saving on interest if I was paying bi-weekly.

I called payment plan to ask about this and all I got was rude people. They told me that they never said they would make bi-weekly payments. And that the way that I save money is that they take out one extra payment a year. It was really weird that every time I called, the same guy would answer. I told them I would report them with the BBB, he told me to go ahead.

I checked the BBB, there is no record on them. I checked for their address and nothing on website. I did a reverse lookup on their 800 and no record. I called the bank to see if they provided them with their address and was told no. They claim to have a TradeMark and ofcourse I checked and, not. The BBB told me that I had to have a physical address for the business to file a report. I have researched for them all over and can't find anything on them. I just called and asked them for their mailing address. I checked out the address they gave me and was given the address to a different business.

They are not legit and have been stealing people blind. I have a feeling the dealer is in on it.
