 When I bought a new car the finance manager told me about smart payment plan. Make weekly not monthly payments and pay off the loan sooner. Sounds graeat sign me up . Fast forward 2 months and the money they drafted still have yet to be forwarded to the finance company or returned to my account. I have called them and get left on hold for longer than I have to spend waiting. So I email them telling them of my issue and get a response to call them . This has happened 3 times I have also gotten multiple emails from them saying that if I don't pay them immediately it will call a late fee. Note. It says WILL not may or maybe . That is illegal .It's a flat out lie I have already spoken to my finance company and my account is current.
