After being victimized twice by Smart Savings Center, I filed complaints with the Texas Attorney General's office, the FBI, and the Florida Attorney General's office. (SSC is located in Florida.) I just received a letter from the Florida Attorney General's Economic Crimes Division stating that SSC is under investigation. They included a printed form for a notarized statement to be made.

Everyone go online to the Florida Attorney General, BBB for South Florida, and/or Palm Beach County Consumer Service and file complaints. Maybe our voices will be heard and something done about this scam.

I also got in touch with Amazon twice and they couldn't care less. I'd had an account with them for years and cancelled it. Get books you want to read from the public library instead.
