Called about Lipo procedure Ashley made an appt for me to come in for a free consultation met with a lady who told me about the procedure asked if I wanted a bottle water.  I stated no met with the doctor to ask questions paid $1000 the rest was due a week before surgery .

Was called two weeks before surgery to be told the doctor I had met with, researched, and was comfortable with was no longer with them which I found unusual not to mention the face he made when the lady pointed out the price she quoted for me for one surgery.

At that point I told Ashley@smart shape Ulf me she would put in a form to corporate to refund my $1000 due to the fact no service was done and I was not comfortable with the new doctor after numerous phone calls with Ashley giving me the run around, saying the supervisor is always in a meeting and never being able to speak to anyone there besides her.

Well it's now been over the 30 days that she stated it might take to get a refund now no one answers the ulmerton office nor do they answer the Brandon location either. I guess they think they took my money Scott free but as I told Ashley the receptionist if I go to court it won't be just$1000 I'm going to need pain and suffering as well
