Smart Spin Storage Systems Never Received after 11 weeks despite being told it already shipped P.O. BOX 13184 Bridgeport Connecticut

On 13-Jan-2005, I ordered a Smart Spin Storage System
(advertised on television and at http://www.asseenontvnetwork.com/vcc/merchant/smartspin ).
The total amount of the order was $87.72 .
Order Confirmation: 2005011310115658

I received a confirmation E-Mail stating it would be
4-to-6 weeks. I wish I had known that in advance.

After 8 weeks, I had not received the order.
So, I sent an E-Mail to notify the company
that I had not received the order,
but received no E-Mail responses.

So, after 62 days (almost 9 weeks), I called 203-868-0332 on 16-Mar-2005, and I was very quickly told it was shipped on 13-Mar-2005.

It is now 28-Mar-2005 (74 days; almost 11 weeks after placing the order), and the shipment has still NOT been received.

I see these Smart Spin Storage System commercials several times per day on television, and wonder how many people are having the same problem?

Buyer beware. I see that I'm not the only person complaining about the "Smart Spin Storage System" company being advertised
on television and the internet (See: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff130912.htm ).
