Smart Start/ Interlock Device Smart Start Corporate Office Defective Interlock/ False Readings Irving Texas

 I got a DUI in 2011, finally after 2-1/2 years I decided to get my life back/ driving privillages. In order for

me to get a valid driver license I first had to install a interlock device which was installed on 2/19/2014 through

"Smart Start" .I have not had this device for 30 day's I have already encountered two lock-out countdowns.

Plus false readings, due to the interlock telling me I am not blowing or humming hard enough?

I was worried about this company prior, but I had no choice but to go with this company because this was the

only company that would install a interlock in the state of New York. I already knew this was going to be challeng-

ing experience especially with me having breathing problems, but nevertheless I was determined to do the right

thing and to get my life back. WRONG!! Somebody need's to do something about this company. This device

is defective or "Smart Start" is making it impossible for ANYBODY to pass this breathing test which results in

MORE money out of my pocket's beside's the added stress. Since I have had this device my blood pressure

has been through the roof. I have alway's had high blood pressure and have been on medicine for it for year's now and it has been stable since this device it has been 170/100.

I am at the point right now that I have given up after ALL the money it has cost me to buy a used car and the hundreds of dollar's it has cost me to repair this car not counting the money to install this device and $400.00

to reinstate my driver's license. The cost's are endless and for what? NOTHING!!! Please, can somebody help me? I am at the point of a nervous breakdown.
