We checked our checking account to make sure we had the funds in there to cover a check. When we heard that there was 40.00 missing from our account we called again this A.M. to see what company took the 40.00.

I realized that it was this Smart Step Insurance which took 40.00 last month from our account. This Smart Step works with Bank of America. My question is this; where does BOA have the right to give out my account information to a bogus company let alone give out our private information at all...if this was a hospital giving out our info they would be in violation of HIPPA...BOA needs to held accountable for giving our private information to a company that is bogus..

BOA also needs to repay these payments to their customer's who have been ripped off...

We will be contacting our attorney and find out what we will be filing against BOA and this Smart Step.

*EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account that someone wrongfully takes it from you!

EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back! HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO: Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form.

HANKY-PANKY
(Please sing to the tune of- "Hokey Pokey")

Anyone can 'Google' this- HOKEY POKEY- LYRICS AND MUSIC NIEHS, and sing the following lyrics to the 'Hokey Pokey', right?

Here we go- 1, 2, 3...

You get a real nice room
You think- Who could I boff?
  You chase the maid around
Then you hope your plane takes off
You had some hanky-panky
Then they slap the cuffs on you
That's what it's all about?

They find some DNA
 Your lawyer wants to shout
  You are a big buffoon
And it looks like you have gout
You had some hanky-panky
 Chased the chamber maid around
That's what it's all about?

Your wife flies in from France
She gets a real nice room
She tells you- Go to hell!
Then she hits you with a broom
You had some hanky-panky
Now the markets will go down
That's what it's all about?

You say- Oh no!
 You say- Not me!
  You think- I'm scared!
 Hanky-panky wasn't free
You give 'em lotsa money
And you hope that you get off
That's what it's all about?

End.

Go to Ripoffreport.com and type in- BANK OF AMERICA, and read the complaints!

Make sure that you are not on their property when you do this. You can also pass out fliers with any type of information that you have regarding your issue, and even have the title of the article available regarding the 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' that BofA was allegedly taking out on their own employees.

The best way to get back at the bank is to get THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES thinking in their heads that BofA might have a 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICY' out on their life. This will create opinions; NEGATIVE OPINIONS. These 'negative opinions' would create chaos for the bank. It could even spread nationwide if a few BofA employees knew about it, right? People at work love to hear about gossip, correct? Especially gossip about where they work, don't they?

There's a Rip Off Report at the TOYOTA page of this site where a Toyota owner developed sludge in his 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. He tried to have the dealership & Toyota Corporation help him with his dilemma. Neither Toyota Corporation nor the dealership would help him. So he decided one day to put VINLY LEMONS all over his 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid and he park it near the dealership & passed out fliers to everyone going by.

GUESS WHAT? The dealership finally caved-in, & he finally got satisfaction.

I believe his Rip Off Report went something like this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA VOIDED WARRANTY DUE TO SLUDGE, which you can probably 'Google'. Or you can go to the TOYOTA page and read through all the reports. It's there. You can read his Rip Off Report, & then his 'Update' regarding what he did to finally get satisfaction. Remember, many of the lawyers in the USA are being paid by these large corporations and don't want to get them upset. Many of the politicians in this country are on the side of these corporations too. And so is the MAINSTREAM MEDIA! They all NEED these corporations for their very existence, right? Without RETAINERS, TAX REVENUE, & ADVERTISING REVENUE, the many Law Firms, Politicians, & the Mainstream Media would be in DEEP 'doo-doo', wouldn't you agree?

Quote: "EXPOSURE IS A CORPORATION'S WORST FEAR." - Harvard Business Professor, 2004. You can 'Google' this to read that quote- RIP OFF REPORT FUEL FREEDOM INTERNATIONAL MPG CAPS, and go to the 2001 Toyota Tacoma Rip Off Report, and then to the Update entitled- "Blame it on a Lawyer".

*Unfortunately, this country has its FOUNDATION solidly built on- LIES, DECEPTION, MANIPULATION, FRAUD, GREED, EVIL, TRICKERY, DEEP CORRUPTION, & the CONSTANT PURSUIT TO FINANCIALLY INJURE THE INNOCENT PEOPLE IN AMERICA, and the innocent people living all over the WORLD.

**IT CAN NO LONGER BE DENIED!

***Welcome to America- IN FRAUD WE TRUST!
