Smart Styles store 3351 Las Vegas Nevada. Regis Corp. Do as I say not as I do micro manager "Angie Hugling" disrespectful with a smile!!!!!! Las Vegas Nevada

I started working at Smart Styles the begining of May 2015. my thrid day on the job I was verbally disrespected by this store manager. Being told that women from Atlanta Ga were Ghetto Fabulous loud and Ghetto Boogie like the women on Atlanta House wives. Later on in the day I was told by this African American female manager not to hand out too many business cards to black people because they keep up mess and she does want to turn HER shop into a ghetto shop. I found her comments to be rather disrespectful. So the following week I was able to speak with the Distric leader about my concerns. She brushed off the comments and told me that this was the manager's store and I had ro follow her rules. After that conversation everyday I had to work with this manager she would find some reason to come at me with a complaint. Now as I stated I started the beginning of May and I have climbed from number 26 to number 7 in retail sales, combo sales etc. I have gotten great reports from customers feed back. She then begin sending bogus customers in when it was my day to close to recieve service but then come back with complaints to make me look bad to the Distric leader. But little does Angie Hugling know I was approached by a formal employee from that told me to watch my back because I soon I started making progress with the company Angie Hugling would try to find a reason to fire me. I was told it would start out small and Angie would then start coming at me with all kind of B.S.. I had several customers tell me that she cant keep a stylist past 5 to 6 months bscause she bullies them or continues to come at them with no good words but all negative and she does it smiling at you the whole time.

On June 11, 2015 she accused me of cleaning the refrigerator out with bleach. But, I hadn't been at work since this Monday. We are told as staff do not engage the client in conversation just sale products period. But at any given time you will see her either getting her hair done on company time while clients are waiting to get service done or showing off pictures of her TWINS or talking about her son that works at a strip club and how he has to wear a bullet proof vest or showing off the home she is trying to buy or talking about her mother, mother in-law or how she can't stand gay people and etc.. But as soon as you are having a positive conversation with your client you are recommended.

Today at 4pm she approached me at the register while i was checking out my customer and pulling the ticket for my next customer. Stating let me show you this picture. In the picture it was two bottles on the shampoo bar and what she claim was color I left on the shampoo bar. See this the mess you left and did not clean you was her statement. i apologized several times only to have her continue to become disrespectful in front of guest and customers. Her next comment was didnt i tell you dont tell customer that your an instructor but you keep doing it anyway. You went telling my client that mess to and I told you dont talk to my clients. My next words to her was okay Angie but my client and I was talking about the Police force so what are you talking about. She then raised her voice at me and stated I am not talking about her I am talking about the lady thats supposed to come back to get her hair done. She then started banging on the counter top stating Loudly "THAT WOMAN DON'T KNOW YOU FROM THESE PRODUCTS IN THIS DAMB STORE" I stated loudly okay Angie you dont have to be disrespectful and you can stop talking to me like that. I walked away and beginned to get my next client ready. My client then requested my distric Leaders phone number and stated that was uncalled for. By Then my second client showed back to the shop to get her hair done. By then this loonitic ask me to come to the back so she can speak to me. Her insults continued and she became pissed off because I told her she was dead wrong for confronting me in front of clients. She started yelling your not going to talk over me and continued with her insults again. Complaining about the shampoo and conditioner bottle I left on the back bar. But once I confronted her on the mess she leaves everyday I work with her in the dispencery and how I have cleaned up after her and the other stylist and never complained she stated well your complaining now. Then she states you didnt move to Las Vegas to become an instructor. i just couldn't take her mess anymore.

HEADS UP DO NOT WORK IN THIS SHOP!!!!! ANGIE HUGLING WILL DO EVERYTHING IN HER POWER TO MAKE SURE YOU NEVER REACH COMMISON AND IT WILL TAKE THE FORCE OF GOD HIMSELF TO KEEP YOU FROM GOING TO JAIL. SHE NEVER HAS ANYTHING NICE TO SAY CONCERNING YOUR WORK BECAUSE IT KILLS HER TO SEE SOMEONE WORKING JUST AS HARD AS HER. IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN LIVING IN LAS VEGAS DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!!!! SHE DOES NOT WANT  YOU IN THIS SHOP AND IT SEEMS LIKE CORPRATE HAS NO PROBLEM WITH BACKING HER POOR MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOR. YOU ARE A SLAVE TO HER!!!!! SHE SPEAKS TO YOU AS IF SHE OWNS YOU AND WILL INSULT YOU DISRESPECT YOU WITH A SMILE. I GRADUATED THE TOP OF MY CLASS FROM EMPIRE BEAUTY SHOOL IN ATLANTA GA FOR WHICH REIS CORP SPONSORS WITH HIGH HONORS!!!! THANK YOU REGIS FOR $8.25 AN HOUR AND NO CHANCE OF REACH COMMISION...... I WISH THIS EVIL B**** FROM SATAN HAD NEVER CALLED ME TO INTERVIEW. SAD THING IS SHE HAS ALL THE STAFF BULLIED AND SCARED TO SPEAK AGAINST HER BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO LOOSE THEIR JOBS. oung lady name Deylany just came back after quiting because of Angie's mistreatment already told me no since of contacting Corprate or speaking back with the Distric Leader Donna Because they don't care. Its All About a Bonus Check. Well, I work at a cosmetology school and I plan on letting my students know and any other school of cosmetology school I visit in Las Vegas to stay away from 6464 N. Decatur Blvd.. Now Regis in the whole may not be bad but this location is a HOSTILE WORK ENVIROMENT.
