Smart Tint Very unprofessional, Rude, Blames You for their own mistake, defective product Lake Grove New York

First off, let me start by saying I am in no way a competitor, just simply another sucker for their crappy product! Conversations and research start out in great fashion, until you order the product.  Upon receiving shipment, they did not send all parts receivable, had zero instructions and upon inspection we noticed: the material was not cut square, it was not the dimensions we sent, and once tested some of the panels did not work. One would think no probelm, a quick call and all will be good, right? WRONG

This is where things begin to get interesting. Smart Tint and their "valued" employees first off, blame you for the panel not working, and somehow in their belittled minds make it seem like you owe them for breaking their crappy product. After a conversasion of absolute disgust, they want you to pay a "small fee" of $300 dollars to repair the panel and ship it back to them for $200 dollars in shipping fees. 

So now your in for another $500 dollars, in which you are paying for something you did not do. Next thing you do is WAIT. Wait for the product to be repaired and shipped back to you. Keep in mind I spend $6,000 dollars orignally for this. After about 2 weeks, I get the "repaired" panel back.

Only to find out that they cut the top portion of the panel off 1"-2" to make the repair. This is not repaired Smart Tint, you have now created a bigger problem than before. Another phone call later, they give you 1 of 2 options, figure out a way to cover the portion they cut off, or buy another panel. Give them more money for again something you did not do!

The employess at Smart Tint, are completely rude, unprofessional, close minded,and should not be allowed to be in business. If I have a company or customer service CUSS at me, something is entirely wrong! I am filing with the BBB, and every social media site I can get my hands on, to let consumers know of the rip off, no moral, unprofessional company that they are! For now, I am filing Litigation to handle the rest and hopefully get a return on my near $20,000 investment with Smart Tint.
