We attended a promotional incentive program for Smart Travel & Incentives after receiving a post card mailing. We were promised free airline tickets for 2 people, Rental Car for 3 days and $50. hotel card. After completing the necessary forms and sending with a Certified Bank check deposit via certified mail with the forms correctly filled out. We receive a letter back stating :

Thank you for sending in your activation form(s).

Unfortunately we were unable to activate your form(s) since not all of the Terms and Conditions were met and as a result we have little choice but to return the paperwork to you.

We are bound by the Terms and Conditions as are you so returning the paperwork to you although not pleasant for us, remains a necessary step.

We regret that we cannot help you further as we are not the original issuer of the voucher(s).

Please read below the reason(s) your activation form(s) could not be activated.

Money: Incorrect deposit amount submitted.
Copy: Copies not accepted.
