Company started deducting monies out of my account since acct was not cancelled within the preset days.

However, they confirmed the cancellation of my account and stated they would cancel, yet to this day are still deducting it from my checking account. Two months after they stated they would stop. So I guess I will have to go up to the bank and stop it from that end.
