You changed my rate AFTER it was approved. Then you lied about not being able to change the rate. You changed it for me before. You changed it because nobody would drive 10 hours for $20. The reason you have a relashonship with the Department of Labor is because you cheated too many techs and they are watching you. Thats why you have a audit system.

You ripped me off a grand. Your not man enought to actully fire me. Its been 2 years, and i still "Work" for you. You wont fire me because you wont pay unemplyment.

All your customers have been talking to me. Lieing and cheating your customers, too. They are are not happy with you.

I just want my money.

Only sucess you have is ripping of your customer and emplyees.

This report is absolutely accurate. I have been dealing with this company for close to a year and I have been completely f***ed over by them for the last couple of months. They have been trying to pay me less than minimum wage. Recently I drove about 350 miles, over 5 hours for a service call and they paid me $15.25. Not per hour, for the whole call. I paid money out of my own pocket for them. What they do should be illegal.

I am reaching out to you to give you the opportunity to talk with me.  I am truly sorry that you hold such anger against SMARTECH.  It was my impression we treated you with respect and was always fair with you.  If this is not true, I am interested in understanding your concerns.  Your emails to Shawn continue to show your anger and your contribution to ripoff report was a complete fabrication.  Just for the record, I am providing the truth about SMARTECH so you can get it straight if asked or if you find yourself being questioned by someone:

 

All of the management at SMARTECH have Bachelor Degrees and a couple have an advanced Education.

David Moore is the CEO not Shawn, Shawn is the Director of Operations.

John Mewborne is not part of the family but is on the senior management staff.

SMARTECH celebrated 20 years in successful business last year.  

SMARTECH has the same customers for those 20 years.

All contracts with employees and 1099 contractors are honored.
