I executed an agreement with SmartEcoPeople US LLC on 9 March 2016. I was consulted to prepare research papers on various solar energy related topics. I was also asked to transmit funds to their business partners in Poland. After the first month I requested my monthly fee of $3200 and the manager, Ms. Monica Gilton, kept asking me to be patient and promised that my salary would be paid soon. She then transmitted $2000 to me (via ACH) and asked that I transmit $1800 to their partner in Poland. After I transmitted the funds to Poland via MoneyGram,they withdrew the $2000 from my account and ceased communications. I am now $1600 in the negative in my bank and have no hope of receiving my monthly fee.
I plan to contact the FBI,as well as the Federal Trade Commission.
