I ordered a cd for $1.97 from fsatauctioprofit never recieved it until there was only 3 days left in the 14 day trial.I then tired to make a payment to my insurance company only to be declined.

I called my debit card and was informed I didn't have enough funds to make that payment at which time they gave me the names of company who made last charges pmfastauction and pmkeywords.

They had no phone number for them so I had to find it myself I called that number they gave me another number called them and was told there was nothing they could do non-refundable.

I called back the next day and informed them they billed my card before the 14 day trial was up. She then told me that their merchant allows them to bill you 2 days prior to due date

I then asked her how she can do that which she told me that if you haven't called to cancel by the 13th day of 14 day trial it was my own fault.

I wanted to know why that fact is not disclosed in their terms and conditions agreement and what would it matter since they bill your card on the 12th day anyway.

I asked how their merchant can allow them to bill you 2 days prior to due date she replied they don't have tell what them and their merchant agreements or anything else are.

At the time she hung up on me when I called back I was put on hold until the phone disconnected.At that time I called the bank that issued my card.

They took my name,phone number and told me that a manager will be contactin me within 24 hours and would resolve the matter for me. I let you know what happens.

Somebody needs to stop this company from their dishonest way of do business. Better yet put them out of business and in to court before they take what they got and run!
